Hi, I’m Valentine
Yoga entered my life through its philosophy in 2013, while I took my first yoga class in 2014. In 2017, I decided to complete my first yoga teacher training. I’ve been since then teaching full time, while staying a dedicated student — regularly practicing with various teachers to widen my horizon.
I teach a slow-paced kind of vinyasa, rooted in and inspired by Hatha yoga practices as well as modern movement practices — a soft blend of dynamic & non dynamic movements. I specialize on things that bring me joy and help regulate my nervous system: inversions, mobility, yin and pranayama.
I believe in a non-dogmatic approach: we seek to find the actions to be taken in our body, which is eminently individual, rather than going towards “the” form. Options are offered and the discovery of a practice of one's own, personal, explorative and curious, is encouraged.
I hope this helps to know a little bit more about who’s behind this page. You can also find out more on my Instagram. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, requests or if you would like to collaborate in some way.
Take care and be well x
Valentine
