Mentoring for yoga teachers
What’s a mentorship?
a mentorship is for you if you’d like to refresh or deepen your knowledge and skills as a yoga teacher without having to go through another non-specific, unpersonalized teacher training. Together, we address your insecurities and other questions regarding one or several aspects of this challenging profession — so you can become more confident about your offering, as well as the ‘how’ and ‘why’ behind it.
You’re a new-ish teacher:
you would like to teach ‘all level’ classes better, by being able to offer options to everyone including beginners without feeling stressed or lost,
you would like to know how to use all of the different props in a much more detailed and knowledgeable way,
you would like to broaden and develop your verbal cues & hands-on assists skills,
you would like to understand the biomechanics & individual anatomy better so your classes become more inclusive (and less dogmatic),
you would like to get tips on how to create a honest, genuine and sustainable yoga business (part-time of full-time)
You’re a somewhat experienced teacher:
you would like to renew and further develop your sequencing skills
you’re looking for inspiration and creativity tips, and finding a sense of freedom in the way you teach,
you would like to get constructive, honest feedback about your classes and teaching skills in general so you can keep evolving and progressing as a teacher,
you would like to learn more about functional mobility and how to smoothly include mobility drills it in your classes,
you would like to teach inversions but don’t feel knowledgable or confident enough to do so,
you would like to learn more about pranayama and how to include it in your classes in a relevant way,
you want to start organizing workshops, retreats or immersions but aren’t sure where to start
These only serve as examples and inspiration — you can of course come with your own topics as long as they are within my scope of knowledge.
Let’s have a little chat first,
so I can establish and understand your needs, wishes and questions. Mentorships are per definition very individual and personal: you may get all your answers in one session, or you may need a longer personal support.
The sessions can take place both online or in person — depending on the topics.
