Inspire Retreat: Breath & Mobility, 8-11 May 2025

My intention for this retreat is to create a welcoming space for everyone —students and teachers alike —to refresh, deepen, and emancipate their practice or teaching. In the world of yoga, we are sometimes being flooded with arbitrary rules about what makes a practice 'worthwhile'. I want to show you that your practice can truly be your own—that you can choose how to embody it and make it unique to you.

This retreat is an opportunity to rediscover the joy in your practice, to be curious, playful, and to find a way through the practice that really works for you and your body. Whether you feel uninspired in your current practice, are seeking new tools and a deeper understanding, or simply want to slow down and retreat from a busy life, this retreat has been designed exactly for all of that.

We’ll explore new approaches to practicing, blending creative elements to more classical ones  — with a special focus on functional mobility and pranayama, which I believe will enhance your overall practice.

Each morning, you’ll be guided through a 2-hour practice, integrating stillness, pranayama (various breathing techniques), slow-flow vinyasa, mobility work, yin and restorative yoga. Afternoons will be dedicated to workshops aimed at enhancing your knowledge in theory and practice, offering tools to help you become more confident, independent and inspired in your practice. In the evenings, we will wind down with a soothing blend of yin, pranayama and restorative yoga.

We’ll stay in a stylish and cozy private chalet with stunning views of Lake Geneva, surrounded by lots of flowers, nature, and mountains—perfect for adding in a small hike your free time.  Our private chef, AYNA, will prepare delicious and balanced plant-based meals each day, including brunch, afternoon snacks, and dinner.

None of the activities are mandatory. You’re free to create a schedule that supports your needs.

The chalet is easily accessible by a small mountain train from Vevey, followed by a short 3-minute walk. If you’re arriving by car, there’s parking available next to the chalet.

Value: prices start from 745.- if you’re a student and book with the early bird discount.

Pre X-mas Retreat in Wallis, 13-16 Dec 2024

A soothing and calming retreat before the often hectic holiday time.

Christmas time can be emotional and draining for many of us, for numerous different reasons. I thought we could all make good use of a pre x-mas retreat to give ourselves time and space to tune in, to rest, restore and renew. We will (quite literally!), nourish both our bodies and minds, create space in order to feel rejuvenated.

Because we can better take care of others, if we care for ourselves too.

  • beautiful 100m2 wooden yoga room, equipped with props and views on the pine trees

  • 3 x extended Slow Vinyasa sessions with Pranayama in the morning
